For 98 years, Griffith Centers has been committed to helping youth, adults, and families build brighter futures. Our PASA Pre-Vocational Services continue this tradition by preparing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) for the world of work. We believe that every person deserves the chance to discover their abilities, gain meaningful skills, and take steps toward independence.

Preparing for Employment Success

Pre-vocational services are designed to give individuals the foundation they need to transition into supported employment or independent work opportunities. Through structured programming, hands-on learning, and personalized support, we help members strengthen both their practical and soft skills, ensuring they are ready to thrive in the workplace.

Real-Life Learning Opportunities

Our pre-vocational programs are designed with hands-on experiences at the center. Members engage in meaningful activities that simulate workplace tasks, preparing them for real employment settings. We also offer opportunities for participants to connect with local businesses and community organizations, further expanding their confidence and sense of belonging.
