Independent Living Residential Treatment Program

Building confidence, independence, and brighter futures for youth

Get Started Today

At Griffith Centers, we believe in empowering youth not only to heal—but to thrive. Our Independent Living Residential Treatment Program supports adolescent males ages 12–20 who are ready to take the next step toward independence. As the final stage of our residential continuum, this program provides a structured, home-like environment where youth continue to receive therapeutic services while gaining the practical life skills needed to succeed outside of care.

A Safe, Supportive Transition to Independence

  • Where healing continues and independence begins.

The Independent Living Program is designed for youth who have demonstrated growth and stability in our more structured lodges and are ready for increased autonomy. Here, clients experience more community integration while still benefiting from our comprehensive clinical, educational, and case management services.

Each youth in this program continues to receive:

    • Individual, family, and group therapy with a master’s-level mental health professional
    • On-site educational services including credit recovery and GED preparation
    • Access to psychiatric care and medication management
    • Therapeutic programming focused on independent living skills, relationship building, and emotional regulation
    • Case management and life planning support

A Continuum of Care Since 1927
